Island Life is a purpose-driven Hong Kong lifestyle brand established in 2021 that offers household products aimed at helping us live more sustainably and resourcefully.

Our company’s mission is to reduce plastic in our lives by offering sustainable alternatives to everyday household goods.
Our dehydrated tablets minimise your carbon footprint and are delivered to your door, saving you valuable time, space, money while increasing convenience. All you need is a bottle and some warm tap water. You can reuse our LIFE bottles over and over again, dramatically reducing your plastic consumption. Once you’ve run out of product, we will send you refills to your door.

Currently, our tablets are developed and manufactured in China. Our LIFE bottles are designed in Hong Kong and manufactured in China. Our packaging is sourced in HK, with the final product being assembled here in Hong Kong.

Our products are pet friendly, non-toxic and non-irritant. They do not contain parabens, phosphates, ammonia, VOCs, chlorine bleach, triclosan, alcohol or phthalates.

We are currently working on producing sustainable cleaning bottles that you’ll be proud to have in your home. With the bottles a work in progress, we don’t want you to miss out on our cleaning product refills. Our dish soap works in the same foaming dispenser as our hand soap. Remember to use a 350mml dispenser.

For our multi purpose cleaner and bathroom cleaner, you can use any 500ml bottle you have under your sink or the pantry. Make sure you choose one with a trigger. As a rough guide, any 500ml bottle with a circumference equal to a HKD 5 coin will fit our tabs.

From the LIFE bottles, tins and refills you buy, to what they’re shipped in, we’re continuously working to reduce our carbon footprint. Approximately 80% of the household cleaning products we use are actually just water, so by purchasing our concentrated tabs containing the active ingredients, you can reduce your environmental impact, free up storage space and increase convenience.

Our cardboard boxing is fully compostable. We are working hard to create 100% compostable wrappers for our refills.

We are happy to offer one-off purchases but we also offer a subscription service which can save you money and conveniently keeps you topped up so you never have to worry about running out. Our tabs are just a fraction of the size of conventional bottles meaning you can stay stocked up at home using up a lot less shelf space.
